Rhythm&Book: „Everyday Extremists“ with Goran Pećanac

Last night at Crni mačak, we held the fourth Rhythm&Book gathering of the year, featuring our author Goran Pećanac. In conversation with Vlatka Kolarović, he discussed three books: Raspotočje burning, Left is not woke, and the third volume of Kafka’s Diaries.

Pećanac reflected on the concepts of “left” and “woke,” commented on the rise of the right in Europe, and noted that he could never write diaries in the way Kafka did. He also revealed which words, in his view, should go into the “investigative gulag.”

After the conversation about the books, the evening continued with music by Plazmatik.
