Svjetlana Šokčević

Svjetlana Šokčević (1955) is a lawyer and a university professor.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb in 1979, where she got her masters degree in 1991. In April 2006 she became a doctor of science, in the field of labor and social law. She was a member of the Croatian Government's Committee for Drafting a Law on Occupational Safety, a member of the Administrative Council of the Croatian Employment Service, and a member of the Committee of the Ministry of the Economy, Labor and Entrepreneurship for the drafting of a new law on occupational safety and by-laws. She works as a professor of Editing and supervision of occupational safety, Administrative Procedure, and she is Vice Dean for Quality.
