„Both Freedom and Belonging“ in the media

On May 5, Slavica Jakelić's book Both Freedom and Belonging was presented at the Ex libris bookshop in Rijeka. The book was discussed by the former rector of the University of Rijeka, Snježana Prijić Samaržija, the Archbishop of Rijeka, Mate Uzinić, and the author, and the discussion was moderated by one of the book's reviewers and author of the afterword, Zoran Grozdanov. The speakers raised the topics of nationalism, patriotism, populism, and their intersections with religion, which are active political stakeholders in contemporary Western societies.
