Dragan Bagić

Dragan Bagić (1977, Gradačac, BiH) is an associate professor at the Department of Sociology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb.

He graduated sociology from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, and obtained his PhD at the same faculty. In August 2011 he became assistant professor at the Department of Sociology of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb and in June 2015 he was the Head of the project "Adjustment of Study Programs for Humanities and Social Sciences with Labor Market Needs" which is being implemented at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb and financed by the European Social fund. He is a member of the publishing advice of FF Press, Croatian Sociological Society, Croatian Statistical Society, GONG and Academy for Political Development.

Bagić published three scientific monographs in co-authorships and one as an independent author, and he was a presenter at seven international and three domestic conferences / congresses. He was awarded the State Prize for Science for 2012 - the annual prize for science in the field of social sciences and the Franjo Marković Award for best students. He wrote several books, among which we can mention Održivost manjinskog povratka u Hrvatskoj (with Milan Mesić, 2007), Industrijski odnosi u Hrvatskoj - društvena integracija ili društveni sukob (2010), Manjinski povratak u Hrvatsku - studija otvorenog procesa (with Milan Mesić, 2011).
